Cancellation Policy
We value your time and our barbers' time. We require a minimum of 4 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us the opportunity to notify standby clients of the availability.
No-Show & Late Cancellation Fees
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a fee equal to 100% of the reserved service price.
No-Show Policy
"No-Shows" (failure to arrive without any notice) will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Future appointments may require a non-refundable deposit.
Walk-In Policy
While we welcome walk-ins at both our Harrisonburg and Winchester locations, check-ins for non-scheduled services strictly conclude one (1) hour prior to closing.
Capacity & Seating
To maintain our standard of quality, walk-in clients arriving within the final hour of operation may not be seated if the current queue exceeds our remaining operational hours. We reserve the right to stop accepting walk-ins earlier than the one-hour mark based on barber availability.
Scheduled appointments always take precedence. To ensure you are seen at your preferred time and avoid potential wait times, we highly encourage all guests to utilize our online booking system.
Late Arrivals
To ensure we stay on schedule for all clients, we offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the late cancellation fee will apply.
Service & Safety
Omar's Barbershop & Suites reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to, disruptive behavior, poor hygiene, or health concerns that may put our staff or other clients at risk.
Suite Rental Terms
Individual specialists operating within our suites are independent contractors. While we maintain a high standard for our facility, specific service policies, pricing, and individual professional liabilities remain the responsibility of the suite tenant.
